This template will categorise tagged files into Category:All files with the same name on Wikimedia Commons or Category:All files with a different name on Wikimedia Commons.
Usage
Same filename on the Commons:
{{Now Commons}}
New filename on the Commons:
{{Now Commons|NEW FILENAME.ext}}or{{Now Commons|File:NEW FILENAME.ext}}
