"Query state" is a predefined property provided by Semantic MediaWiki to describe the state of a query or its components. The number or numbers assigned represent an internal codified state that is explained on the help page. This property is pre-deployed (also known as special property) and comes with additional administrative privileges but can be used just like any other user-defined property.
