Details
Values between 1 and 100 are permissive.
The quality of JPEG thumbnails is now configurable through this setting. The default is 80, which matches the quality of JPEG thumbnails previously generated by ImageMagick. The quality of JPEG thumbnails generated by GD was previously 95, but now uses this setting as well.
