Translate the SpellingApi extension if it is available at translatewiki.net

The SpellingApi extension adds an API module for checking the spelling of texts. It uses the PHP pspell library, so it must be installed on the server.

The current version is just a simple proof of concept.

Installation

• <translate> [[<tvar name=2>Special:ExtensionDistributor/SpellingApi</tvar>|Download]] and move the extracted <tvar name=name>SpellingApi</tvar> folder to your <tvar name=ext>extensions/</tvar> directory.</translate>
  <translate> Developers and code contributors should install the extension [[<tvar name=git>Special:MyLanguage/Download from Git</tvar>|from Git]] instead, using:</translate>cd extensions/
