The OnlyRecentRecentChanges allows to only list the latest changes to a page and suppresses older ones.
Rationale
The behaviour of the recent changes view is changed so that any changed page is only listed once: older changes are not listed any longer. Log actions (information about deletions, moves, uploads ...) in the recent changes view are not affected, and any event of this kind is shown as usual.
A new user option is added to the preferences "Recent changes" tab and is enabled by default. Users can opt-out by unchecking the option.
