Encrypts (most) outgoing MediaWiki mail with GPG if the user has uploaded a public key.

Installing / Configuration

• <translate> [[<tvar name=2>Special:ExtensionDistributor/GPGMail/en</tvar>|Download]] and move the extracted <tvar name=name>GPGMail/en</tvar> folder to your <tvar name=ext>extensions/</tvar> directory.</translate>
